The Battle of Ypres, April 1915

It came in the year 1915 when the New Born Canadian legions was moved from what was their somewhat silent sector on the horse cavalry opera Front to the apparent space in the landmark in front of the town of third battle of Ypres, Belgium. On the duty of the Canadians would be twain British Divisions, and on the leave would be a cut division comprised of Algerian colonialists. Immediately undermentioned this horrific scene, the Algerians, or what was left of them, retreated, and the Germans fired, and moved up into the iv mile gap left by the brave, yet hurt Algerian Force.
